Reclaimed "Whisky" Hallway Table
A piece of Toronto history - this table was made from lumber salvaged from the historic Gooderham and Worts Distillery, now known as The Distillery District. Featuring a beautiful patina that was developed from many years of exposure to spirits and steam throughout the distilling process (the lumber actually has a lovely hint of sweet whisky), the piece was meticulously crafted to preserve and showcase this character on all visible surfaces.
It measures 55 inches long x 33 inches tall x 18 inches wide.
The table was finished with a hand-rubbed microcrystalline wax, used in antique restoration and museum, to ensure that the original look and feel of the aged lumber is preserved.
